Passive real estate investing involves putting money into real estate ventures without actively managing properties. Investors typically participate through avenues like real estate investment trusts (REITs), crowdfunding platforms, or syndications, where they earn returns without the day-to-day responsibilities of property management. It offers a hands-off approach to real estate ownership, allowing individuals to diversify their investment portfolio and generate passive income.
Sir Plutus offers a wide variety of passive real estate investment opportunities, but specializes in single family projects.
When you invest with Sir Plutus, you hold an equitable stake in a specific piece of real estate. This means that your investment is not affected by other projects that could lower the value of your investment like in a REIT.
Currently, Sir Plutus has no limit on the amount of shares of a particular project or how many projects investors are able to invest in.
The cost to do any particular project is calculated & divided into $1,000 increments or shares. Then, up to 49% of those shares are offered to investors.
Project shares are priced at $1,000. There is no markup on shares. Investors are welcome to by 1 share of a particular project or as many of the project's shares that are available.
Possibly. When a project sells, we allow our office 7-10 business days to process final sale documents & investor payouts. If a project is completed & sells before the 'project term' on the contract, then investors will be paid out early.
Sir Plutus does not offer waterfall or preferred shares on our projects. All investor shares are equal in value & return.

At the completion of a project, the net profit is calculated. The net profit is then evenly distributed across all of the shares offered on that particular project. Investors will receive a payout distribution of their initial $1,000 per share investment PLUS any share profit made.
Sir Plutus projects are individualized meaning that once an investor is paid out for a project they are able to re-invest those funds into a new project. However, investor funds are not automatically rolled into a new project.
Typical real estate syndication groups provide a long term solution to passive investing. These groups provide investors quarterly payouts with a lump sum 3 -10+ years after the initial investment. With Sir Plutus, investors can capitalize on high potential returns on shorter term projects allowing them a significant long term advantage as well as access to their investing capital on a regular basis.
