Sir Plutus is a real estate investment platform that allows investors to buy fractional shares in residential flip projects, rental properties, and commercial developments—starting at just $1,000.
Unlike a REIT, Sir Plutus investors purchase shares tied to specific real assets. You know exactly where your money is going, and you earn fixed returns based on the project’s performance—not stock market speculation.
Sir Plutus imposes no limits on the number of shares you can own in a project or the number of projects you can invest in.
The total cost of each project is calculated and divided into $1,000 shares, with up to 49% of those shares available to investors.
Project shares start at $1,000. Investors can purchase a single share or as many available shares as they choose.
Once a project sells, we allow 7-10 business days to finalize sale documents and process investor payouts. If a project is completed and sold before the contract's designated term, investors will receive their payout early.
Anyone 18 or older and a U.S. resident can invest with Sir Plutus.
Sir Plutus projects are independent, allowing investors to reinvest their funds into new projects after payout.
